#Repost @ellierhianstennett ・・・ Makeup brands that STILL test on animalsπ tag and share so more people know to AVOID THESE BRANDS! ❌ - Sometimes I still can’t believe that it’s 2020 and brands are still testing their products on animals when SO many brands are proving YOU DONT NEED TO ππ - I can hear some of you asking “but animal testing is banned in the EU? π€” and that would be right. BUT these brands don’t just sell in the UK. They sell internationally to countries where it is required by law to test on animals (China for example). And even though China recently removed the requirement for pre-market animal testing, beauty items are still subject to POST-market animal testing. Therefore, that brand is not cruelty free. OR brands on this list have refused to clarify their CF stance. Therefore they’re in a grey area. - Try and avoid these brands where possible! I’ll be uploading a list of cruelty free and vegan brands (drugstore and high end) soon! So keep your eyes peeled π - Have I missed any? Let me know in the comments! https://instagr.am/p/CI1JYEhl2Ri/
